The ripe, black fruit and chocolate characters from the oak fills the mouth and balances the well-structured palate. The aftertaste is elegant and fruity. The wine can be enjoyed with curries, mild or hot, roasted beef with rosemary dressing.

A full bodied classically Bordeaux style blend with plumy nutty flavours and some assertive mineral - berry flavours on the nose and a touch of spice. The wine follows through with a silky, balanced palate with fine ripe tannins and good fruit with a long lingering finish. A wine made to age.
